Delete your SketchGuess account
To request deletion, tap the button below and email us your SketchGuess username. That helps us find the right player profile. If we need any extra detail to verify ownership, we'll reply by email.
What to send
Tap the button below and email us your SketchGuess username.
Please include the username currently shown in the app and a short note asking for account deletion.
If more than one profile matches, we may reply and ask for one additional detail so we can verify the request safely.
What we delete
We remove the player profile and server-side data that can be linked to that profile, including session records and related room participation data where applicable.
Local data stored on your device can also be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.
If a game room already ended, some room activity may already be ephemeral and unavailable for selective removal.
Retention
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may keep limited security or abuse-prevention logs for a short period if required for legal, operational, or fraud-prevention reasons.
If any data must be retained, we keep only what is necessary for that purpose.
